Short-Cut Cooking



There was some good eating in the kitchen today. Missy Dixon, LSC-CyFair librarian, shared her experiences and recipes using an Air Fryer and Instant Pots. Class members also shared their own experiences using these cookers. Lots of good information. We had beef stew, jicama fries, chocolate fudge (a little lagniappe that had nothing to do with the cookers), and an apple and cranberry sauce served over pound cake.
