Ooh cher (sha), we passed a good time at Cooking Class today. Lou Master and Cheryl LeJune made jambalaya, crawfish pie, creole gumbo and shrimp fettuccine. Add to that, some French bread and King cake and we had a feast today. Many had second helpings. Nice start to Mardi Gras.You can view all of the recipes below:
