Balance

Ever since man first stood on this planet, balance has played an important part of our everyday lives. However, aging and our sedentary lifestyles may lead to loss of strength, flexibility, balance and reaction time. Tim Sebesta, Professor of Kinesiology, shared information about body mechanics and showed us a few simple exercises that would help us improve our balance and prevent falls.
