Sitting is harder on your back than standing. Poor posture can lead to poor health. Dr. Sammy Tao showed the class the proper posture for sitting. Because we are all different, your chair needs to fit your body. Step one is to select the proper chair. Then you should select a table that is the proper height for the chair. The computer screen should be positioned directly in front of you....not too high or too low. Review the handout for additional information on proper posture.
