Vietnamese Spring Rolls

Rose Huynh shared her recipe for Vietnamese Fresh Spring Rolls. Participants had fun as she showed us how to assemble and roll them using fresh vegetables, shrimp and pork. And, of course, Spring Rolls would not be complete without the Peanut Sauce....so we also learned how to make this as well. Click on the attachment to see her recipe.
