Scarlett Brann, Education Coordinator from Texas Wildlife Rehab Coalition, gave us a great insight to how injured animals are cared for in an urban environment; from someone finding an animal in their yard, to taking it to TWRC's center, to its rehab and final release back into the wild. She brought along Casper, an albino oppossum, and a screech owl for us to see. TWRC is always looking for volunteers as they receive thousands of animals a year to rehab. Check them out
