We have been invited to another talk discussing WWI by the History and Government departments. Memory and the Great War: How the United States and Europe Commemorate the First World War will be presented by Prof. Sophia Mrouri and Prof. Kelly Phillips. They will focus on the Battle of Verdun and discuss how differently European nations and the United States remember the Great War.The talk will be held in CENT 151 on Wednesday, Sept 28 from 1.30-3.00pm.
