Rick and Catherine LeBlanc gave us a tour of Portugal from their 2018 travels there. As one of the most affordable European destinations, the LeBlancs and their family let us know about the various cities they visited, the enjoyable dinners at restaurants, the old manors for accommodations and, of course, the wine.
