Mexican Cooking

Are you hungry? Well you will be once you read the recipes that we received in the Mexican Cooking class. We thoroughly enjoyed the cooking demonstration presented by the personable John Gatteys. Even though he currently lives in Arizona and is preparing to move back to Dallas, he took time to come to Houston to give us a class on how to make Chicken Enchiladas with Sour Cream Sauce and Guacamole Dip. Check out his tasty recipes. Make the Guacamole first, the Sour Cream Sauce second and then make and assemble the Enchiladas.
