Sherlock Holmes

In our imaginations Sherlock Holmes seems real. But he is actually a fictional character created by writer Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. Sherlock's keen observations always led him to solve the crime. One of his best and most well-known stories is The Hound of the Baskervilles. Attached is a copy of the story that you may want to read before the next class meeting on Tuesday, November 23rd at 1:30. We will see the movie and then discuss how this sleuth solved the story. Note that this is a long movie....so the class may run long.

Note that this is 123 pages....so you probably want to read it online rather than printing it out.
When you click on the link you can either click on the "Download" button at the top of the page frame, or you can click on the "Full" button at the bottom left of the page frame.
