Incorporate Yoga In Your Life

Barbara Morrison of Texas Yoga Center showed us how Yoga can be a great benefit in anyone's life.  Besides the physical benefits of better balance and flexibility, Yoga offers us ways to reduce stress, anxiety and insomnia.  We enjoyed the meditations, poses and breathing exercises Barbara taught us.  The benefits of good diet and home remedies were also discussed.
