Communication - A Digital Divide

Have we forgotten how to talk to each other? Cell phones, computers and the internet have become ingrained in our culture. Some feel these devices enhance communication by making it quick and easy. Others feel that they hinder communication by making it impersonal. Whatever your opinion, I'm sure that these technologies are here to stay....so we have to adapt and use them to our advantage. Associate Professor Patrick Barton held an open discussion on this topic and referred us to an article by Sami Hassanyeth called The Shrinking Generational Digital Divide.
