Walking With Lisa

Walking.....what's so hard about that? Have you ever looked at your walk? Are you using proper technique? Lisa Brashier, Professor of Kinesiology, stressed how important it is to warm up with stretching exercises before taking a walk. Try to walk at least 30 minutes three or more times per week. The first twenty minutes of the walk helps clear your arteries....only after that do you start burning fat for weight loss. Review the attached documents to learn proper stretching technique.
