Bus Trip Survey

The Bus Trip Committee would like for each ALL member to complete a survey to help them decide what membership would like in the way of bus trips.....types of trips, length of trips, special venues, etc.  Please complete ONE survey per person by either going to the following web address and answering the questions or by completing the paper form available in the classroom. Your feedback will help the committee plan better trips.  Complete your survey by May 15th !!
